Hibernate Your Windows xp

Many people who had used directly widows 7 will not be aware that in windows xp the option for hibernate
do not come directly . when i was using windows xp then many times i wanted to hibernate my computer (means shutdown saving the current work as it is) but  failed because there was not any direct way to do that
if you are also suffering with the same problem then read below


goto start > turn off computer here you will find three options : stand by  turn off  and restart.

 now what you have to do to get hibernate option as shown above :

1. Click start>Turn Off Computer.
2. As the Turn Off menu comes up press 'Shift' and 'Stand By' changes to 'Hibernate'
3. Click Hibernate (Shift Kept Pressed)

Your xp will save the work and shutdown !

Now, when you switch it on again it will resume it again !
